Refund & Return Policy

At My perfect Shape, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt, provided the conditions outlined below are met.


Return Policy

Return Conditions:

  1. The product must include all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in its original condition.
  2. Only normal handling of the product is permitted; items damaged through misuse or careless handling will not be accepted.
  3. For hygiene-related items, products must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned.
  4. If the product is defective upon receipt, notify us immediately with proof (e.g., photos).
  5. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  6. Returns will be processed within 7 business days once received and inspected. If all conditions are met, we will officially acknowledge your return.

Important Notes:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used, damaged, or altered through no fault of our own.
  • Refunds will not cover the original shipping costs or any additional charges for upgraded shipping options.

How to Return Your Order

If your order meets the conditions above, follow these steps to initiate a return:

      • Order number
      • Reason for the return
      • Photos of the product (for defects or damage)
      • Your full name and address
  2. Receive Return Address:

    • After reviewing your request, we will provide you with the correct return address.
  3. Ship Your Return:

    • Send your product to the return address provided.
    • Important: Do not return the product to the sender’s address listed on the packaging.

Right of Withdrawal

As a customer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Withdrawal:

  • Due to our fully automated system, orders are processed immediately upon placement. Once shipped, cancellations cannot be processed.
  • If you wish to withdraw, you must wait for the delivery and initiate a return following our return process.

To Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal:

  1. Contact us with a clear declaration of your decision (e.g., via email).
  2. Follow the steps provided under "How to Return Your Order."

Consequences of Withdrawal:

  • We will refund all payments received, excluding the original shipping costs.
  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.
  • Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Transit & Logistics

All items are shipped from our central warehouse in Asia. Transit times may vary due to logistical factors. Please allow extra time for delivery.

If your order is already in transit, cancellations cannot be processed. However, you may return the items once they are delivered. For faster return processing, share proof of shipment when sending your return.
